History
When we started IC21.eu we had (and we still have) two strong believes about the way that we should compose our team!
- The main structure should be "small" (because small is beautiful), in order to capably develop the best services & products to our clients and, simultaneously, not needing to charge (in each project) the costs of a large and traditional company. We believe that with this kind of positioning it will be easier for our customers to perceive that are paying the right price for our services/products.
- We must be prepared to find the best solutions to our customers, so we must be able to find the best free lancer professionals and companies (in several areas) that working cooperatively with us will permit to deliver the best solution to our customer. That mean´s that the small structure is in fact a "huge team" thanks to our network.

Bruno leads the effort to ensure the smooth execution of all day to day internal operations of IC21 and the implementation of high quality client projects. Bruno works with the IC21 team to make sure
that clients are satisfied with the products and services. Bruno currently works at University Fernando Pessoa as Consultor at ProjEst-Q (Strategic Projects and Organizational Quality) is Executive
Director of Service (Service to encourage innovation and Business Competitiveness) area of the relationship between higher education and business and entrepreneurship. Bruno has an M.B.A. from
University Fernando Pessoa and a Graduate Degree in Clinical Analysis and Public Health. He is doing a PhD degree in Information and Communication Sciences.
Miguel Trigo Founder . CSO
As an (innovative) strategist, Miguel focus his work on developing services and projects that allow IC21 customers to achieve their maximum potential. Combining best practices from different business sectors with innovation and strategic thinking he acts like a strategic advisor that helps investors, entrepreneurs, politicians, organization leaders and firms rethink and align their strategies and business models to the 21st Century. Prior to IC21, Miguel founded Fernando Pessoa University (UFP) Strategic Projects & Quality Assurance Office, an agenda-setting and advisory office that helps UFP shaping strategies to the future. Being an (intra) entrepreneur since very young allowed Miguel to develop several projects in the areas he is known as an expert: Strategic Innovation | Creativity & Innovation | Leadership | Management in 21st Century | Motivation | Bringing Technology to the Workplace and to HIE´s | (intra) Entrepreneurship |Social Media
Fernando Magro CTO
Working as a software developer, system administrator, information technology consultant, computer scientist and security consultant, Fernando Magro joined IC21 with the objective of innovating all technology oriented projects and leading software development. Furthermore he tries to be up to speed with all technology projects being developed around the world so that IC21 can walk with the giants. Apart from computers, he's currently finishing his degree on Dentistry and expects to take the best of both areas (health and computer science).
